The
stress that
a deployment
causes on
both the
spouse and
the soldier
can be
extremely
devastating.
More so than
not, you
have to
learn to get
to know each
other all
over again
in addition
to dealing
with the
experiences
that the
soldier had
faced while
being in a
combat zone.
A quiet
weekend away
would be a
big step in
the right
direction
for them as
well as the
children.
We are able
to provide
minimal
opportunities
at this time
and would
like to
expand in
this area. More
opportunities
such as a
"bed and
breakfast"
to soldiers
and their
families are
needed. If
